Ministry of the Word: The Son of God is Born

  1. Angelic Announcement
  • Something remarkable has happened; God has come into the world!
  • The angel that appeared had a name. Only two named angels in the Bible. Michael, the archangel, and Gabriel. Gabriel is the angel that brings the most important messages to Earth.
  1. Consecrated Conception
  • Jesus conceived not of man but by the Holy Spirit.
  1. Divine Duty
  • Jesus' role was prepared for Him before the world was created.
  • The message of Jesus' birth brings hope, even though we do not deserve hope, let alone deserve salvation.
