- Part 2: When pressures mount
- Can God save you? The psalmist finds himself wondering where God is.
- The psalmist does not ask God to destroy his enemies. Instead he prays for vindication. He wants; he needs to know that they are wrong and that God is with him.
- Deliverance for the psalmist is only needing to know that God is with him; that God is on his side. If this is true, then every difficulty is easy and every challenge is comparably easy.
- The preaching of the gospel is God's light and truth.
- Security is not found in earthly things, but in our comfort in God.
